Winter Weather free colouring page and activity

It’s the Winter season in Australia so we’ve created a free colouring page of what you might see outside your window on a Winters day.

Further extension activity:

  • After colouring it in, cut each window pane out and stick them to a larger piece of paper/card, where each day for a week / a month / or all of Winter you can place a tick next to the weather that you see outside your window. At the each of the activity duration you can tally up the number of ticks for each weather type that you saw.
  • Create a graph or pie chart of your results.  This can be a fun learning activity and valuable resource for topics such as Season’s, Winter, Weather, Counting, and Graphing for early childhood groups and primary school classes.
