Planet Designs offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
You agree that you will use this website in accordance with all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations.
You agree that you will not use, nor will you allow or authorise any third party to use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent or obscene way or in any other inappropriate way or in a way which conflicts with the Website or the Services.
If you proceed with your purchase you are acknowledging that you have read these terms and conditions of sale and that your purchase from us is subject to these terms and conditions.
Planet Designs reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of sale at any time so we suggest that you review these terms and conditions prior to the completion of the purchase of any goods from our online shop.
Products
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
When you order products from this website, you accept all responsibility for selecting a product that is suitable for your purposes. It is essential that all products purchased from Planet Designs are used in the manner that they are intended to be used as described on our website. Planet Designs accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss or injury caused by use of our products in any manner contrary to the intended use.
All sales made on our website are subject to availability. Whilst we will use our best endeavors to ensure that products shown on our web site are always available, we may run out of stock from time to time. Should this be the case with your order we will contact you at the email address you have supplied and give you the option of waiting until the product is in stock or cancelling the order and receiving a full refund for the amount charged to your credit card account.
Prices
We will always use our best endeavors to ensure that prices on our website are accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time without notice. Our primary prices are denominated in Australian dollars (AUD)and are GST inclusive. Our product prices do not include postage and handling, unless otherwise stated. Our final charge includes an amount for the products you purchase and an amount for postage and handling.
SHIPPING
Please allow between 3-5 businessdays for packaging.
When your order has been shipped we will send you an email with tracking information. You can then track your order by using your tracking number on the Australia Post website.
We cannot take responsibility ifan item does not arrive to you in time if needed for a gift or fora special event/date due to postal delays.
Please note that delivery times have been impacted by COVID-19 and as a result, your order may be delayed. Estimated delivery dates can be found on the Australia Post website but these are to be used as a guide only.
We do not ship to the UK at thistime. Any online orders placed from the UK will be cancelled and money refunded less any transaction fees.
For some International orders there may be additional Taxes, Duties and Tariffs applied to your item once it arrives into your country, and these extra charges are your responsibility. We suggest you familiarize yourself with your countries import laws before placing an order.
At times postal services may suspend delivery to certain countries which is out of our control. If this occurs any online orders placed from that country will be cancelled and money refunded less any transaction fees.
If any item purchased is prohibited in your country, we cannot be held liable, and we assume no responsibility.
Return, Replacement or Refund.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
We take great pride in the quality of our products and will only accept returns for Faulty Product. Please note that damage as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be a faulty product.
You are required to notify us of any faulty product by email within 7 days of receipt of your goods at planetdesigns@bigpond.com. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request to return your faulty product and provide you the Postal Address to return the faulty product to. The faulty product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached, and a receipt or proof of purchase must be included. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We do not reimburse any shipping charges to or from you the customer. Once we have received your faulty product and we have inspected it, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your replacement or refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary. If a replacement product is not available, you will be refunded the purchase price processed via your original method of payment.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the liability of Planet Designs for breach of any implied warranty or condition which cannot be excluded is limited at the option of Planet Designs to the replacement of purchased product or the payment of the cost of replacing the purchased product.
All of our Services are provided without a warranty with the exception of any warranties provided by law. We are not liable for any damages what so ever, incurred as a result of or relating to the use of the Website or our Services.
